ABOUT

ME

I was born and raised in the tight-knit Mill Creek Community just outside of Arkadelphia, Arkansas—a place that grounded me in the values of hard work, integrity, and service to others. I am a proud 1992 graduate of Arkadelphia High School, where I developed a strong sense of leadership and a commitment to community that would follow me throughout my life.

I continued my academic journey at Louisiana Tech University, where I pursued my education with purpose and passion. While there, I was blessed with the opportunity to join the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. I was initiated into the Alpha Delta Delta Chapter (AD2) on May 20th, 1995—an experience that deepened my dedication to the Four Cardinal Principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift. That moment marked a pivotal turning point in my life, cementing a lifelong commitment to brotherhood and service.


Today, I reside in Forney, Texas, with my family and remain an active and engaged member of the Delta Xi Chapter in Greenville, TX. Whether it's through community outreach, mentoring young men, or supporting chapter initiatives, I continue to serve with humility, pride, and a heart for the people..


FAMILY

I recently married an amazing woman, Kanesia. Together, we have a blended family with my two children, Savannah(21) and Xavier (18), and her two, Cade (24) and Jorie (17). I have two sisters and one brother and my parents still live in Arkansas.

WORK

I'm currently employed for Proofpoint Inc. as a Technical Project Manager where I oversee mission critical applications that support Proofpoint's Big Data initiatives. I manage five software development teams across the country and internationally.
